Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information Luckglen uses to run its games, accounts, support, and future digital purchases.
Information you provide
When you create or edit a Luckglen profile, we may store your chosen nickname, avatar, uploaded profile picture, friends, messages, privacy choices, game activity, and progress. When you contact Luckglen, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, account name, topic, and message.
Account sign-in
Luckglen uses Firebase Authentication for account sign-in. You can continue with Google or create a Luckglen account with a Gmail, Outlook, or other email address. The sign-in service provides Luckglen with an account identifier and may provide your email address and display name. Luckglen does not receive or store your Google or email password.
How information is used
We use this information to operate the games, save your account and progress, connect features you request, reply to support messages, investigate problems, protect Luckglen from misuse, and maintain necessary support and transaction records.
Payments
Purchases are not open yet. When they launch, Stripe will process payment details under Stripe’s own privacy policy. Luckglen will receive transaction information needed to confirm payment, deliver digital items, prevent fraud, and provide purchase support. Luckglen does not need your full card number or card security code.
Service providers and selling information
Our hosting, storage, authentication, support, and payment providers may process information only as needed to operate and secure Luckglen. We do not sell information submitted through the Contact page.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for gameplay, support, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Use the Contact page to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. Some records may need to be kept for fraud prevention, security, accounting, or legal compliance.
Safety
Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, security codes, or verification codes through Luckglen messages or the Contact page.
