Digital Delivery Policy
Luckglen sells digital in-game items. Nothing is shipped to a physical address.
Current preview
No orders are currently being accepted. The Founder’s Bundle page is a preview while secure checkout and delivery are being tested, and no payment can be collected there yet.
When purchases launch
The Founder’s Bundle will be delivered digitally to the Luckglen account connected to the purchase after payment is confirmed. The live purchase page will state the expected delivery time before checkout is enabled.
Missing items
If a paid bundle does not appear within the delivery time shown at purchase, use the Contact page. Include the email associated with the purchase and the receipt or order number. Never send a full card number, security code, password, or verification code.
Shipping
There are no shipping charges, delivery carriers, or physical returns because all Founder’s Bundle items are digital.
